Our innovative range of LINtop® films will be on show when we exhibit at this month’s International Production & Processing Exhibition (IPPE) for the very first time.
The show takes place in Atlanta, USA, on January 26-28.
We will be launching LINtop Star PE CXO, a high barrier, medium shrink film and LINtop PE HB OSL, a low shrink barrier film, to the American market, enabling US meat and poultry packers and processors to enjoy the benefits of these two films, which have already proved popular with European customers.
LINPAC will be in Hall B at stand 8848 and will also have representatives on the MULTIVAC booth in Hall B at stand 7637 where demonstrations will take place using both films
Meat and poultry packers and processors can discover the flexibility that the innovatively designed LINtop films have to offer. With LINtop, they receive the environmental benefits of a lighter film without compromising product functionality and performance.
The films are 20-30% thinner than equivalent laminated films, due to being developed with a co-extruded structure. This results in a significantly lower pack carbon footprint, which is increasingly important within the market.
In addition, they include anti-fog properties with excellent seal-through contamination performance and have maximum versatility being suitable for both vertical and horizontal pack display.
Daniel Strickland, market development manager, barrier films, at LINPAC, said: “At IPPE we hope to demonstrate to the American packaging industry our capabilities to develop and produce innovative packaging solutions for the 21st century customer.”
